Delivery & Pick Up

We offer a delivery and pick-up service for all of our rental equipment. To qualify for delivery a minimum of $200.00 rental required.

Delivery rates are based on a door-to-door service and the assumption that there is easy access for wheeled carts. Please inform us when ordering if there are stairs, slopes, or any other impediments to the access.

Pricing is based on, the distance from our warehouse, access to the delivery location (e.g., A freight elevator versus a stairwell), the size of the order being delivered.

When you place your order, please discuss all possible scenarios to our associates and we can give you a better picture of the costs involved.

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Delivery Rates

To qualify for delivery services a Minimum $200.00 order required.

Each Way Base Charge: (Actual amount depend on distance in Km)

$70.00 - Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows

$80.00 - Anmore, Belcarra, Surrey, New Westminster, Burnaby, Maple Ridge

$90.00 - Vancouver, North Vancouver, Langley

$100.00 - South Surrey, Delta, Tsawwassen, UBC, Richmond, West Vancouver, Mission
$100.00 - Down Town Vancouver

$150.00 - Abbotsford
$200.00 - Chilliwack

If you require Delivery or Pick Up before or after store hours, or Sunday and Hollydays, an additional fee will be added on top of the regular fee.

Additional Fees:

(Total amount = Minimum Base charge plus additional fee)

$300.00 - Late night pick up fee 10pm-1am
$150.00 - Sundays, Holidays
$150.00 - Before / After hours 6am- 9am or 5pm-10pm

Drop-off & Pick-Up

At pick-up, all rentals should be neatly stacked, with tables & chairs properly disassembled, otherwise additional charges will apply.
Usual pick-up is in the AM or early afternoon the following day, although special needs are given special consideration. Same day pick-up is allowed for spaces where nothing can be left overnight, or two days is allowed where there is no access or custodian available. For example, on a Sunday where the event took place on the day prior (Saturday), additional charges may apply.
All items must be assembled in a single location as specified and ready for pick-up.
Linens should be returned dry and free of waste. Do not roll up or place wet linens in any bag – mildew will result.
Tables and chairs must be taken down and stacked and be ready for pick up.
Customers who choose to do their own pick-up and delivery are responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation of your rental items e.g., chips or cracks to glassware or dinnerware.
